May 10,2016, Sheriff Dexter Lunceford presented the Tennessee Sheriff Association Scholarship Awards to Kaitlyn Bowling and Jessica Lunceford. Kaitlyn will be going to ETSU to further her education in a Nursing Degree and Jessica will continue at ETSU with her Radiography Degree.
To be eligible for the Tennessee Sheriff Association Scholarship the recipient must be a child of a current Carter County Sheriff Office employee. The Carter County Sheriff Office is proud of our Scholars being awarded this scholarship
