Carter County Sheriff’s Office is asking everyone to be on the lookout for Bobby Joe Russell. Mr. Russell was last seen on Tuesday, September 27th around 10 A.M.
Mr. Russell has many medical issues and is dependent on medical oxygen. He is described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds. He has gray/brown hair and green eyes.
Mr. Russell Drives a 1997 Red Honda Civic, with Tennessee License Plate of 852 WZT.
