A Carter County man was arrested Sunday after Sheriff’s deputies discovered child porn on his cell phone.
29-year-old Joshua Hewlett Herman was charged with three counts of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Deputies made the arrest after a woman said she found explicit pictures of her child on her boyfriend’s cell phone.
Herman is being held in the Carter County Detention Center on an $8,000 bond. He is due to appear in court December 10.
