Carter County Clean Teens and Carter County Sheriffs Office received 1st Place in Show in 2015 Annual Elizabethton Christmas Parade. We all are honored to be involved with this community event. Our Clean Teens are a wonderful group of teens from our local High Schools. We are thankful to have a great group of young adults to be partners with our Law Enforcement in this endeavor.
